[In booklet] Re-mastered by Chris Fatouros Liner Notes: The History Of Fashion Police Part Three: A New Minority - Dave Belanger Liner Notes: Dear Friends - Dave Belanger Track 1: Written By: (Frankito, Belanger, King) The Zeros had just put out their CD "Rule,The World," and on it they had a song entitled "We Are Your Leaders," which I felt was about the struggles that bands like ours were experiencing during this time period. l just kind of took that thought and expanded on it. Track 2: Written By: (Frankito) Jimi brought this song with him when he joined the band. Track 3: Written By: (Belanger, Draye, King) We wanted to prove that we could pull off that (at the time) currently popular drop-D "Seattle Sound!'" The "cookie monster" voice you hear at the end of the song is that of Mike Mercer. Mike was one of my best friends all through high school. After High school, we played in the band Defiance together, and were even roommates for a while. Years later, Mike drank himself to death. To my dismay, there was no funeral.
