This Japanese 'Mini-LP' reissue includes: • a clear resealable vinyl sleeve with a circular metallic finish sticker stating "Limited Edition | w/Bonus Disc | 2 Discs" • a laminated white obi with faux silver print • a replica of the outer sleeve of the original EU "Heathen" vinyl release • two replica copies of the inner sleeve of the original EU "Heathen" vinyl release • two CDs stored in individual shaped clear bags • a modified version of the 12-page booklet from the original Japanese "Heathen" 2xCD digipak release • a large 12-panel, two-sided, folded insert with track listing in English, two sets of liner notes in Japanese, and lyrics in both English and Japanese • Initial pressings include a coupon which together with coupons from the other four titles in the series could be exchanged for a promotion-only Sony "Special Box". The first pressing has a misprint to the spine of the papersleeve ("DAVID BOY"), see last scan. The error was corrected soon after release and replacement sleeves can be identified by the cover sticker being white text on black in place of the black text on "silver" of the first pressing. All other content remains unchanged.
