Cap.1 - En La Orilla Del Océano Cósmico Al comienzo de este inspirador viaje cósmico, Carl Sagan nos llevará a los límites del universo a bordo de la Nave Espacial Imaginación. Gracias a los precisos y deslumbrantes efectos especiales, veremos quásares, galaxias que explotan, cúmulos de estrellas, supernovas y púlsares. De vuelta en el sistema solar, disfrutaremos de la asombrosa recreación de la Biblioteca De Alejandría, centro del conocimiento humano de hace 2000 años. ------------------------------------------------------------- Cap.2 - Una Voz En La Fuga Cósmica El calendario del Dr. Carl Sagan, comprime 15.000 años de historia del universo y la hace comprensible, enmarcando los orígenes de la Tierra y la evolución de la vida. Veremos el progreso que supuso la evolución de la vida microscópica hasta la aparición de los seres humanos. Kepler no sólo nos enseñó como se mueven la Luna y los planetas en sus órbitas, sino que además nos mostró la forma de llegar hasta ellos. ------------------------------------------------------------- Cap.4 - Cielo E Infierno En "Cielo E Infierno" descenderemos a través de la infernal atmósfera de Venus para explorar su abrasadora superficie. Las extremas condiciones de Venus nos deben servir de aviso y advertencia de las terribles consecuencias que el efecto Invernadero puede tener en nuestro propio planeta. Después el Dr. Sagan será nuestro guía en un viaje por el sistema solar en el que nos mostrará como diferentes catástrofes cósmicas han afectado a otros cuerpos celestes. ------------------------------------------------------------- Cap.5 - Blues Para Un Planeta Rojo ¿Hay vida en Marte? El Dr. Sagan nos muestra el planeta rojo como jamás lo habíamos visto antes, a través de los ojos de los escritores de ciencia ficción y de las imágenes tomadas por las sondas Viking que enviaron miles de fotografías del asombroso paisaje marciano. ------------------------------------------------------------- Cap.6 - Historias De Viajeros La osadía de los viajeros holandeses del siglo XVII que se aventuraron a navegar por todo el globo en busca de riqueza y conocimiento tiene ciertas similitudes con las misiones de las sondas Voyager a Júpiter y Saturno.
