A collection of all but one of the tracks Frank Sinatra and Antonio Carlos Jobim performed together: - Tracks A1 to B4 originally released as [m=96346] in 1967. - Tracks C1 to D4 originally released in [m=1248696] in 1969. As this 1969 album got cancelled, the track 'Sabiá' (D2) was released on [m=330881] in 1970, seven tracks (C1-C3, C5, D1, D3, D4) were released on [m=124889] in 1971, and the track 'Bonita' (C4) was released on the compilation [m=519432] in 1977. Only the track 'Desafinado' remained unreleased until it was included in [m=655651] (1995) and is the only track from the 1969 sessions absent from this set. - Track B5 originally released in [m=168052] in 1967. - Track D5 originally released in [m=144074] in 1969. Track C1 starts with a brief studio chatter and counting (unique to this release). Advanced or promotional copies have stamps on the cover and/or center labels. In some of these copies was also included a press release with text by compilation producer Roberto Quartin and credits for musicians.
