In the UK, a double cardboard slipcase was sent to the fanclub mailing list to collect and hold both [url=http://www.discogs.com/Muse-Muscle-Museum/release/975087]MUSH84CDS[/url] and [url=http://www.discogs.com/Muse-Muscle-Museum/release/975092]MUSH84CDSX[/url] formats together. Packaging is a standard jewel case with folded front cover insert sheet. The interior pages of the insert are plain black. Durations of tracks are printed on the insert as 4.23, 3.11, 6.44, 4.23. 1 to 3 differ slightly from their actual durations, but the video is only 3.54. The printed credits for the video track also seem incorrect, repeating exactly the credits for 1 including reference to the US Mix when it isn't this audio mix that plays. It is a promo video for the single and is a compilation of live footage accompanied by the single edit/radio edit of 'Muscle Museum'.
