Similar to [r730170] but the credit text in the lower right corner of the back cover differs and has a light blue border. The 12 by itself in the variant 2 & 3 runouts is very faint and hard to see. Some covers came with a Polygram sticker wrapped around the bottom of the spine covering Virgin Dindisc VL 2212 that said "Re-order as: Renouveler sous: VM 2212" and a plain silver foil sticker covering the Virgin Dindisc logo and catalog number on the upper right corner of the back cover.
