I Pagliacci

All recordings made c. June, 1907. Complete recording made under the direction of the composer. The "Pagliacci" recordings, although comprising a complete performances of the opera, have not been edited together because mechanical problems inherent in the original 1907 recording equipment have caused pitch fluctuations between the beginnings and ends of the sides. Only matrix numbers are quoted above; the "Pagliacci" set was never issued complete in any one country, and the citation of miscellaneous catalogue numbers would therefore merely be confusing.
