Comes in a generic black CD jacket with big sticker attached to the front with artist, titles, label info and "for promotional use only - not for resale" warning. The CDr comes with another small sticker with the tracklisting, artist, label and promo-info. Some copies include a "in house press" sheet. Track 3 is only listed as "A Moaning Shite" on the release. However, the artist confirmed that the versions included in the [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/909464]download[/url] and on the [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/12111454]7" test pressing[/url] of this single are solo version #6. The only other released version is #4 which appeared as a bonus track on the Japanese CD of the [r=9846547] album.
