Reissue of the 2006 album with the same artwork as the original LP. Stickered front sleeve and gatefold jacket. The jacket cardboard is slightly thinner and the whites are slightly whiter than on the first pressing. Early copies of this 2016 reissue came with plain black poly-lined inner sleeves instead of the printed inner sleeves. This was corrected by the label after 3—4 weeks, and all remaining copies were supplied with newly ordered printed inner sleeves. Customers who had already received copies without printed inner sleeves, could ask the label for these and have them sent in the mail. In April 2023 this had another repress run with identical information and only slight manufacturing variance. The LP labels on some are brighter than the original, making it possible to see the images used.
