Sleeve photocopied and cut to size by band. Copies duplicated by the band onto TDK D60 (and possibly other cassette types also).
Some original copies came with A5 photocopied booklet of 3 x A4 pages folded, with lyrics and band info, as well as a small sticker that either came with (or was stuck onto the cover of) the cassette - see photo. Cover had 'Live At Wareham' crossed out in pencil on some copies as this was incorrect.
