Tracks 1-1 to 1-3 recorded in concert in Yonago, Japan on June 1, 1976. Tracks 1-4 to 1-6 recorded in concert in Pori, Finland on August 15, 1977. Tracks 2-1 to 2-7 recorded at Mountain Sound Studios, Stroudsberg, Pennsylvania on August 11 & 12, 1981. Tracks 2-8 to 3-4 recorded at Bearsville Studios, Bearsville, New York on December 29, 1984.
