- Released in a gatefold sleeve with the H.R. Giger paintings "Satan I" on the front, and "Victory III" inside. - Green label copies did not come with a lyric inner sleeve as with other (later grey camo label) copies. - The green label copies instead came with an inner sleeve advertising the Celtic Frost/Helloween/Grave Digger U.S. tour slated to start in April 1986. This tour did not happen (possibly a typo mistaking the line-up for the US tour with a Celtic Frost/Helloween/Grave Digger Euro tour in February 1986). - Some copies then removed the inner sleeve and replaced it with a very similar single sided 12" insert advertising the Celtic Frost/Voivod/Running Wild U.S. tour that ran May to July 1986. Both advertise some new releases from Celtic Frost, Helloween, and Kreator among other Noise artists. - Some copies also included an International Official Tour Merchandise order form. See photos. - Three label variations exist: two with "city grey camo" labels [r9907999] & [r1186066] and one with green Combat labels (this entry). - Copyright credits for H.R. Giger, T.G.
