Including a 30x30 cm foldout insert with photos, illustrations, lyrics and credits. Some copies come with a sticker on sleeve, and with the official Ralph Records 'Buy or Die' inner sleeve. Recorded at Sunrise Studio Kirchberg CH.95.30 by us & Etienne Conod between Nov 22 & Dec 5 1978. Cut (& in U.K. pressed) by [l=Nimbus], Weyastone Leys, Monmouth. [Another "cutting credits" to [l=Sonic Arts] derives from the runouts] Cover printed in England by Frank Rook Ltd. Cover art by Art Bear IV, also Anon. The photographs are all from the Stylobate of Amiens Cathedral, except 'The bath of Stars' from Notre-Dame, Paris & 'Force' from the tomb of François II Duc de Bretagne in Nantes Cathedral.
