Very Rare early HOB Release.
HOB Records 12-inch 33 RPM LP # 233 is the super rare black gospel album "The Love of God" by the Voices of the Tabernacle, the 125-voice choir of the Prayer Tabernacle in Detroit. The choir directors are Rev. Charles Craig and Rev. James Cleveland, the latter also featuring as soloist on several of the tracks. Other soloists are Hulah Gene Dunklin and Richard Roquemore. It is undated, but my sources tell me it was released in 1959.
