Fourth U.S. CD release with pre-emphasis is an early Digital Audio Disc Corp. pressing variant, identified by the embossed hub text, and with the original 5-digit DADC codes 20204/20205 on the disc faces & in the matrices, and no SID codes. This is almost the same as [r=9008510] but this variant does have the "fall-out shelter" triangle on the discs. Issued in a "fatboy" double jewel case with 6-panel fold out poster style insert, likely issued with a long box.
