Label details: ✻ Blue Tetragrammaton Records logo centered on top. ✻ DEEP PURPLE centered below the logo. ✻ ‘Produced by Derek Lawrence’ centered just below, on one line. ✻ Side indicator on the left of the spindle hole, catalogue number on the right. ✻ Tracklist centered below the spindle hole. ✻ STEREO in all caps at the bottom, just above the rim text and disposed like the rim text itself, i.e. not completely horizontally. ✻ Rim text starts at 8 o'clock, ends at 4 o'clock and reads: © 1968 Tetragrammaton Records (a subsidiary of the Campbell Silver Corporation). Made in U.S.A. ✻ Track A4 is listed as “Faultline” (on the sleeve it's “Fault Line”), its duration (5:34) includes also track A5, which is not numbered.
