Lame Gig Contest

First release on the Musical Tragedies label. First pressing of 1000 had a yellow printed jacket (this). Some copies had yellow hype sticker on the cover. There was also a second pressing of 500, with a blue jacket. Includes a huge booklet insert, with lyrics, copies of show flyers, and writings by Aaron Cometbus. Some of the lyrics appear in both English and German. Paul [Curran] is listed as "bass + vocals" on the back cover, but did not play on these older tracks. From the sleeve: ================ Songs 1-10 recorded 4/88 at Dancing Dog Studios. Songs 11-13 recorded at Dangerous Rythm [sic] Studio 9/87. 14/15 recorded at Dangerous Rythm [sic] 7/87 and originally appeared on the "Turn It Around" compilation. 17589-A/B in runouts are stamped. The rest is etched.
