In three years the label produced and released many classics, including many of the defining moments in Doo-Wop - such as the track cited as the genre's first, "Gee" by The Crows. This 2CD set gives a comprehensive overview of the label's output and sets the scene for Westside's future anthologies of Goldner's other golden labels of the 1950's... Made in England. Tracks 1-13, 2-9 are previously unissued. Tracks 2-30, 2-31 released as Herbie Cox.
