The artist name "Gus Vali & His Dixieland Band" is invented many years later: It appears in the Greek compilation of 1998 : "Caravan, Jamming in New York", probably to designate the specific group of musicians, among the several other bands Gus Vali was the leader of. There is no original release with the artist name "Gus Vali and his Dixieland Band", so, for this reason, I give the original artist name to "Gus Vali And His Orchestra" as stated in the original release and the ANV to "Gus Vali And His Dixieland Band". ] [#6: the track comes from the LP "Let's Belly Dance with Gus Vali", (Peters International PI-LPS-93 ; 1973).
