"Part One: Heaven" (CD2) is released in a black cardboard sleeve with no artwork printed on the sleeve. All is housed in a slipcase; no booklet, no lyrics. Track durations do not appear on the release. The catalog number "BN 510" is printed on the back of the slipcase and the disc label of CD2 "Part One: Heaven". Track 3 "Dead Souls" was originally performed by Joy Division and appears on "[r=193190]".
