Released in a white tray fatbox jewel case for three discs, with 2 tray cards and a 32-page booklet. The front tray card also have the back tray card print on its inside. This is hidden behind the white tray. Track 1, CD 3 (Fever) recorded early 1963. Taken from the only surviving Dick James Music acetate. Track 17, CD 3 (Changes) produced by David MacKay, recorded at Morgan Studios, London 1st October 1974. Album compiled and produced by Tris Penna. Additional research and annotation by Ted Carfrae.
