Silver/black Chess label variation. The use of this label should have been extinct by 1963, so the existence of a pressing as late as 1966 using it suggests that some of Chess' pressing contractors were inclined to use up old labels if stored box(es) of them were found, rather than discarding them in favor of a then-current label in use. (Notoriously, King Records contractors frequently did the same). Silver/black Chess label pressings from after 1963, therefore, are interesting curios, but are to be regarded as perhaps contemporary to the correct first label issues of their respective titles, maybe even later, but certainly not earlier.
