Comes in a double-CD jewel case with a black tray. This is a slight variation on the first US release of [r13099], and it probably came out in late 1996 or early 1997. This edition is distinguished by its barcode matching the 1997 edition of [r72723] with a different bonus disc. However, this edition's bonus disc is identical to the first release, other than variations in the SID and mother/stamper codes. The bonus disc tracks aren't listed on the cover, and for the last track, only "The Box" is printed on the disc itself.
