Original cassette release in stickered black plastic slipcase. Off-white plastic shell tape with black printing has 3 thin windows for viewing tape progress. "Mfd. in Elk Grove Village, Ill., U.S.A. By" credit on tape implies Ampex, but the Ampex Stereo Tapes logo that should be to the right of this statement is missing, perhaps a printing error. It is absolutely an Ampex tape given shell design and the plastic slipcase. Catalog number is L56454 on tape, L 56454 on spine of case, and 6454 on front of case. Double Play.
