According to the Jazzdisco website, track A1 was recorded on January 21, 1949, tracks A3 and B2 were recorded on March 23, 1949, and tracks A2, B1, and B3 were recorded on April 19, 1950 at [l=WOR Studios] in New York City. Tracks A4 and B4 were recorded in Paris, France on October 14, 1949. First released in 1951. This version was likely in 1953 and can be identified by the back cover, which shows the other titles in [l=Blue Note]'s BLP 7000 range.
