All elements used to re-compose the audio tracks on this release were analog recorded and digitally manipulated, edited and mixed by Negativland. No elements original to Negativland were used to make these recordings. This work is released under the Creative Commons Sampling License. http://www.creativecommons.org Comes packaged in a 10" rectangular package along with 56 page book espousing Negativland's viewpoints on Copyright, titled "Two Relationships to a Cultural Public Domain." CD includes the video for "Gimme the Mermaid". Also comes with a Whoopee Cushion with the Copyright logo on it. Track 9 is not listed on on the cover art or disc.
