These pe-production rehearsal takes are the only document of the previously unreleased "Album #5". TAPE 2: Track 1 recorded dictaphone entering club. Tracks 2-4 likely recorded by Derek to 4-Tk. Original version of track 3 appears on "codyjudy" album. Original version of track 4 appears on "HUSH" album. Track 5: Unknown period rehearsal take.
