First sleeve version of the first press (red vinyl with yellow labels). Xeroxed fold-over sleeve with photography incorrectly credited to "Gary Cousins" instead of "Cousin". These were made in advance of the real printed sleeve for a December 20, 1981 show with [a=Anti-Pasti] at the [l=9:30 Club], and the flyer for that show stated 150 of the "special sleeve" made. Later discographies based on information from the label claim only 125 made. Copies sold at the show did not have an insert, as they were also not yet printed, but copies given away or sold later did include one. Commonly referred to as the "Cousins Sleeve".
