Liquid Sky (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

1990 Varèse Sarabande CD reissue of their original 1983 LP issue (STV 81181), resequenced for compact disc and featuring an experimental electronic soundtrack to the film "Liquid Sky," composed, adapted and realized (although the latter isn't directly specified in the credits!) by the team of Slava Tsukerman, Brenda I. Hutchinson and Clive Smith, using the Fairlight Computer Musical Instrument. The packaging features a four-page booklet with technical credits, as well as additional non-standard credits, superimposed over a black and white reproduction of the cover photo of Anne Carlisle as Margaret on the interior pages; and color front and back covers, the former featuring the key art from the film (using the same cover photo of Anne Carlisle!), and the latter featuring a solicitation from Varèse Sarabande concerning their proposed CD Club of limited edition titles, which was well underway by the time of this particular title's release. (The selection "La Sonnerie De Sainte Genevieve Du Mont De Paris" should instead be spelled "La Sonnerie De Sainte Geneviève Du Mont-De-Paris," and the name of composer Marin Marais was misspelled once on the inlay card for Track 1, as well.)
