The tracklisting on the CD face mistakenly states track 4 is "Down In A Hole". "Down In A Hole" plays at track 12. The CD lists tracks 1 to 9 then 11 to 13. track 10 was meant to be the hidden track. However as "Down In A Hole" was moved to track 12, the track numbers shifted up one. The hidden track is therefore in the wrong position on the CD face, it is found at track 9 not track 10. The hidden track is not mentioned or accounted for on the rear sleeve., therefore tracks 10 to 12 occupy 11 to 13. Track 10 was originally titled "Iron Man", featuring the opening line from the famous Black Sabbath track. On retrospective releases by the band it has been re-titled "Iron Gland". The jewel case booklet is a six-panel foldout poster of album lyrics and artwork on one side and the CD cover, artwork and credits on the other. Produced at One On One and El Dorado, 1992.
