Uncut version of the [url=http://www.discogs.com/Damned-Thanks-For-The-Night/release/2383304]shaped picture disc[/url] release. There were 50 perfect uncut copies that were sold out of the record shop 'YoungBlood' on the Portobello Road in London. There are also a number of damage ones that were ment to go into the bins at the pressing plant but somehow didn't. [Side A recorded 12/5/1984 at Roundhouse Studios. Side B recorded 19/1/1984 at Elephant Studios, especially recorded for British TV series "The Young Ones", eponymous episode "Nasty" broadcasted 29/5/1984 - info according to Carol Clerk's book "The Light At The End Of The Tunnel", pages 73-75] All matrix/runouts are hand etched.
