1st pressing: Side B label has a simple layout, with all text in lowercase lettering, and without any copyright or publishing info added. The "virus" on the Side A label is also in lowercase. Double-sided insert is approximately 8 3/16" x 13". Insert is offset printed, not photocopied. Band photo side is without a white border. Text at bottom of lyrics side is hand-written, like the entirety of that side, and credits manufacturing and distribution to Faulty Products, Inc. On this pressing, and the follow up 2nd pressing, the 33 1/3 RPM indicated on the label correctly corresponds with the mastered playback speed.
