Third and final Philippine pressing with the FAS logo near CD hole underneath, with a different matrix number and a slightly different disc color design compared to the first pressing. This is one of the earlier Madonna albums to be repressed and reissued by Warner Music Philippines around 2002-2003. This Philippine pressing was derived from the US release but edited out the country at the back label. The country of manufacture was printed inside at the last page of the booklet and the disc itself. The Philippine pressing has a darker shade of blue dots compared to the US issue with the words "Made in the Philippines". Under License by WEA International Inc." is printed upside down on the disc as well.
