℗ & © 1996 St. Etienne. This version is a reissue from late 2002, despite the fact that the date given on the release itself is '1996'. This reissue can be told apart from the original issue in the following ways: 1) a different, lighter typeface is used throughout the cover, inlay, and discs; 2) on the back cover the barcode differs, and the Heavenly bird logo is absent; 3) the back cover includes URLs for 'www.heavenly100.com' and 'www.saint-etienne.net', neither of which existed in 1996. The URL 'www.sonymusic.uk' is also given; 4) the reissue cover image is of a pinker hue and brighter shade; 5) the 'crowned' St. Etienne logo on the inside of the CD tray inlay is larger; 6) Kris Needs' essay is, on the 1996 version, set in one column of text per inlay panel. The 2002 version sets the same essay in two columns per panel; 7) the inlay photograph of the band in a supermarket aisle is much paler and less green in hue on the reissue; 8) the 1996 version has a black spine on both sides, with the type in white. The 2002 version's spines show a continuation of the back cover photograph instead. The type is much smaller on the 2002 version, and the 'crowned' band logo is used, whereas on the original the band name is spelled-out in full.
