First repress in original matt die-cut gatefold cover on Vertigo 'spaceship' labels. This album has a 'Unipak'-style gatefold cover [disc access from the inside] with only one card layer for the front lap. Poly-lined standard inner sleeve; some copies with leftover poly-lined Vertigo 'swirl' inner sleeve. On the cover the producer credit goes to The Alex Harvey Band, on the labels to Alex Harvey. In contrast to the original ‘swirl’ release [r=731251], the song writing credits are now listed on the labels, and 'From Phonogram-the best sounds around' is now printed top left on cover back. The writing credit for A1 is incorrectly given to Ritchie Valens; this was corrected on later issues to the correct [a281667].
