Packaged in an outer slipcase with resealable plastic outer sleeve, containing Volumes 1 and 2 in separate gatefold sleeves with plastic inners and disc 5 in a non-woven sleeve, alongside liner notes in Japanese (with a QR code to get access to an online English translation) and an 8-page booklet showing the contents of the original concert pamphlet. Catalogue numbers : VSPR4137/40 printed on box, representing the first 4 discs. Each disc has its own cat# printed on face. VSPR4137/41 is the cat# of the bonus 5th disc, only shown on the disc face. Limited edition of 500 copies - as advertised officially - this is however not mentioned on the release itself. Track 5-1 and 5-2 recorded at Shibuya O-West, Tokyo, on October 15th, 2004. Track 5-3 recorded as a demo session during a reunion of Richard, Pip and Phil in 1982.
