There is a jazz phenomenon happening in San Francisco right now, and this collection shows all the different directions this music is able to go. When the club first opened, I was very fortunate to meet Gary Angell, who through his endless musical ties was able to hook me up with the main core of East Bay musicians. Although they are not all on this recording, I'm sure they will appear on up and coming volumes.
