White with red splatter vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve. Includes 11"x18" poster of DMD Limited Edition to 100 copies 1-4: Recorded in May 1995. Tracks were originally featured on the "Thuringian Pagan Madness" cassette EP released by Capricornus Productions in 1995. 5: Rehearsal track recorded in JVA Erfurt prison in December of 1994 (under the moniker Wolfsmod). This was a solo recording featuring only D.M.D. and a drum machine. 6: Recorded by Wolf Möbus outside of jail in February of 1994. Originally intended to be used on the "Thuringian Pagan Madness" 7 inch EP. 7-8: Both songs were the result of a recording session of In Ketten sometime in the Spring of 1995. 9-10: Tracks recorded by D.M.D. solely with the assistance of a drum machine in 1995. 11: Recorded in September 1994 during a rehearsal session in prison. Was originally featured on the "Totenburg" 7 inch EP (split with Heldentum) released by Silence-Like Death Productions. This track was later included as bonus material on the picture disc version "Facta Loquuntur". 12-13: Recorded Spring of 1995 during an In Ketten live gig in JVA Ichterhausen prison. When asked about Facta Loquuntur, band co-founder and sole creator of the music and lyrics at the time, DMD, says: "The songs featured on "Facta Loquuntur" are not the homogeneous result of a constant time of composing, texting and practicing. This album is merely an accumulation of songs which are raw outbursts of darker moods and emotions Absurd were doing time. Songs like "Werwolf" could be recorded using a 4-track-tape-machine while others were recorded with one single microphone in the middle of the room - as well as there were real drum recordings and the use of simple Drum computers. "First Winter ..." is a song written and recorded by Wolf solely while "Deep Dark Forest" was taken from my Wolfsmond rehearsal to make it a full-length album. Apart from "First winter..." the songs were all written by me and recorded in very different situations over a time of nearly three years. The real outlaw/rebel part was smuggling the tapes out of prison, so they are released. Absurd had showed the world that their music could not be held down."
