On May 5, radio stations received a copy of La Révolution Française's last record released on the Revolution label. A few days later "Les Entreprises Canusa Inc." received jointly with "Capitol Inc." and "Compo Ltée." an injunction ordering them to immediately cease production of the said 45 rpm and to immediately withdraw all copies put into circulation. By this injunction, the members of La Révolution Française allege that the record is an unfinished product and was launched on the market without the consent of the composers. By this injunction it is forbidden to play this recording in a public place since midnight on May 9 (1970). The case is currently before the Superior Court.
