Of the mailorder version of the official release on teal green, limited to 50, the band found 20 leftovers and brought them on tour to Europe in 2010. They had hand-made manila sleeves with individual illustrations as cover artwork in water color on craft paper inserted into slits in the manila. Each one was different. The Manila envelope reads, in typewriter, "COMADRE SONGS $$$ ABOUT THE $$$ MAN $$$ ROLLLLL DEEEEM DICE". They were hand-numbered out of 20 in Sharpie on the back of the envelope. The band sold them consecutively, meaning you could not choose which cover art you wanted.
