Helping Hand - The GO OUTSIDE! EP (2007) - Second Helping Hand release featuring 1/2 of HMHC band Three Fifteen. Recorded 4/5-4/6/2007. 7 songs on a stamped CD-R with a handscreened digipak limited to 75 copies. Named after a song from the demo that wound up not even being included on the EP. Released right before the final (and only) Helping Hand tour which consisted of 3 shows in NJ, NY, and MA over the span of 2 days. Topics tackled on this EP include homophobia, straight edge, self-betterment, and not dwelling on the past.
