Spine Crew

"Spine Crew" is a 2024 one-off single by Kansas City hardcore band Spine. The song features parts sung by vocalist Antonio Marquez, as well as verses that feature guest spots from the vocalists of several other Kansas City hardcore bands: Ian Kopp (Failure Drill), Juan Pardo (Lower Heaven), David Chavez (Final Atomic Battle), Taylor Paredes (Make No Mistake), and Aaron Rhodes (Burning Bush). The track also features gang vocals (shouting "Spine Crew" at the end of the song) from a few of the vocalists mentioned previously and other friends of the band including Daniel Evans (Failure Drill, Lower Heaven, Burning Bush) and Brittany Tilander. An official music video for the track was directed by Ryan Njenga, shot at Kansas City music venues Farewell and Howdy, and at other locations outside in the Leeds and West Bottoms neighborhoods. The song was recorded at The Space (the band's practice spot) in Kansas City, Kansas in the summer of 2024.
