The Harmonic Triad Sounds TM Notes Consider the following notes and combinations of notes that can help restore balance and wellness in your body, mind, and emotions. Three notes on the standard major music scale form the basis of Harmonic Triad Sounds TM. Each Triad consists of one primary note, one catalyst note, and the universal note: E. The primary sounds are those of the major scale consisting of seven notes or an octave of eight notes, and they are arranged sequentially: C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C. Consider the A immediately above middle C, with a pitch of 450 vibrations per second. While there is often disagreement over the correct pitch for the A note, nevertheless this elevated pitch is most appropriate for use in this program: 1. Personal Note: The first note of the triad represents the personal aspect of the triad, or the sound that works on the physical illness or dysfunction. 2. Catalyst Note: This second note of the triad is the catalyst or catalytic note and is the full note above the primary note on the normal scale. For example, if your personal note is C, then the catalyst note would be D. This note unties and intensifies the personal note, and also works in conjunction with universal E to unleash deep-seated emotional issues which block energy flow and hinder emotional balance and feeling of happiness and well-being. 3. Universal E: E major is the universal note and is a necessary part of each musical triad.
