This was a limited edition CD from KDGE radio (Dallas, Texas). On the first disc were 19 of the best new Texas bands in 1993. The second disc was comprised of 13 local electronic artists that range from techno pop, industrial, trance, to hardcore.
There is a track 20 listed on CD1 (titled "Barking Spiders" on the back cover, "Ooh, That Smell" on the insert, and "No Gigs 'Til Xmas" on the CD label) by Beanwind credited to Lynyrd Skynyrd as songwriters. This is a joke and there is no actual track 20.
