Comes in a clear jewel case with a clear disc tray. Includes an 8-page booklet. The booklet is printed rather crudely in black and white (except for the front page) on non-glossy paper. A shiny gold stamp is applied on the front page of the booklet, which reads: "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY. SALES OR OTHER TRANSFER IS PROHIBITED.MUST BE RETURNED ON DEMAND OF RECORDING COMPANY."
