Australian stereo non-gatefold reissue of the "Loews Incorporated" labeled issue, which also carried fuller distribution credits on sleeve back. This issue is also referred to by collectors as the '2nd press'. Manufactured and distributed in Australia under licence. Track A3c appears as "Soft-Sell Conclusion & Ending Of Side #1" on sleeve credit, but is correctly titled on label (and in track-listing here). Date given as 1968, as it closely followed the 1st issue and was quickly followed by the MGM manufactured reissue.
