Packaged in a standard jewel case with a dark-grey tray, including a 16-page booklet featuring photos, lyrics, and credits. The original jewel case has “Manufactured by EMI” moulded into the plastic under the case. Some copies (notably variants 6, 7, and 14) came with a round black hype sticker with white lettering applied directly to the shell (not the cellophane): “Warning this CD contains language some may find offensive 7243 8 39782 2 9 CDV 2750”. This release has no mastering code and most have no mould code.
