The vinyl itself is identical to the other Australian version of this single in the database, however, this is a fold-up, camera-lens styled origami sleeve that measures 49cms across when fully unfolded. 7 head shots of Sam Fox are contained within the foldout sleeve. The outline shape of the sleeve unfolded resembles a child-like sketch of a flower. The gimmick of the origami sleeve is the distinction between this and the other Australian retail release.
