The two CDs are housed in a tri-fold digifile cardboard sleeve with a 28-page booklet inserted into the middle section. "Please note that a good proportion of the music on CD 2 was bought in from cassette (in some cases second or third generation dubs) and whilst every effort was taken to make as good quality digital copies of these cassettes as possible, some of the recordings are of a very low quality and are included on this release as historical documents of songs that were never available in any other format. Some noise reduction has been used to 'clean up' the worst sounding tracks but these techniques have only been used when absolutely necessary. Tracks 1-1 to 1-3 recorded at No Sweat Studio, 1986. Track 1-4 is from the 12-inch vinyl compilation '[r=10303838]', which was released by 6UVS radio in 1988 (DT001). Tracks 1-4 & 2-8 were recorded at Revolver Studio, 1987. Tracks 1-5 to 1-9 are from the '[r=2687061]' 12-inch vinyl mini-album, which was released by Waterfront on June 5th 1989 (DAMP 95). Recorded in Studio B at Planet Sound Studios in Perth, Western Australia during November 1988. Track 1-10 is from the compilation '[m=1527984]', which was released by ABC Records on April 16th 1990 (ABC 838975). Recorded at ABC Studios Perth, 1989. Tracks 1-11 & 1-12 are from the '[r=1490726]' 7-inch single, which was released by Waterfront in September 1989 (DAMP 117). Recorded at Sound Barrier Studio, 1989 and produced by Kent Steedman (of The Celibate Rifles). Tracks 1-13, 2-17 & 2-18 are from the '[m=653199]' 7-inch single, which was released by Seaside in November 1990 (RIP 1). Tracks 2-16 to 2-18 were recorded live to multi-track at The Shenton Park Hotel in Perth, Western Australia on June 4th 1989. Mixed at the ABC Studios Perth by Norbert Roth. Tracks 1-14 to 1-19 are from the '[r=3355868]' 12-inch vinyl mini-album, which was released by Zero Hour on November 4th 1991 (ZERO 801). Recorded at Planet Sound Studios in Perth, Western Australia during June 1991. Tracks 2-1 to 2-3 are from the '[m=436143]' 7-inch single, which was released by Cherrytop in January 1986 (CT 002). Tracks 2-1 to 2-3, plus 2-5 were recorded at Northlake Studio, 1985. Track 2-4 was recorded live at Rockwell's Night Club in Perth, Western Australia on October 21st 1985 (The band's first ever show!). Tracks 2-6 & 2-7 were recorded live to cassette at the Red Parrot in Perth, Western Australia on Friday, May 16th 1986 by Rob Anderson. A live version of 'Trapped Inside' from this session was released on the cassette compilation '[r=5517809]' in 1986. Track 2-9 was recorded live to multi-track at the Red Parrot in Perth, Western Australia, 1986. Mixed at Shelter Studio by John Galbraith. Issued on the compilation CD '[r=8673093]', which was released by Idaho Music / Rubber Records on April 11th 1994 (RUB 031). Tracks 2-10 to 2-13 were recorded live at The Shenton Park Hotel in Perth, Western Australia and broadcast live to air on 6NR radio in 1987 (rescued from cassette). Tracks 2-12 & 2-13 were issued on the '[r=3604640]' flexi disc which was given away with issue No. 6 of 'Vortex' magazine in 1987. Track 2-14 is a radio advertisement recorded for 6NR radio in 1987 (rescued from cassette). Tracks 2-15 was recorded live at Freemantle Education Centre in Fremantle, Western Australia, 1989 (rescued from cassette). Track 2-19 is from the compilation '[r=4552045]', which was released by Zero Hour in 1991 (ZEROCD 1001). Recorded at the Loft Studio, Sydney 1991.
