These first copies sent out had a bad edit which sounded like a drop out (track 4, between 22:03 and 22:04). Ellen Fullman re-edited the master and the disc was repressed. Only a small number of this first pressing were sold and were recalled where possible. © 1986, 1987 & 2004 Ellen Fullman, BMI © ℗ 2004 Anomalous Records "Staggered Stasis" was originally commissioned in 1987 by the Deborah Hay Dance Company. "Duration" was created for a performance in the ICSM World Music Days festival in Munich in 1986 and was never previously released. The original recordings were made direct to a PCM digital processor using a vintage AKG C24 stereo tube condenser microphone placed about 15 feet from the resonators.
